- To process subscription payments and manage billing
- To generate and deliver AI-powered research reports in response to your submitted queries
- To facilitate Marketplace listings, transactions, and delivery confirmations

- To respond to support requests, questions, and complaints

We do not use your research queries or generated report output to train AI models in a way that exposes your data to other users or third parties.

B. Marketplace Transactions
If you purchase software through the Marketplace, limited transaction details may be shared with the seller to facilitate delivery. If you list software for sale, your listing information is visible to prospective buyers on the Platform.
C. Legal and Regulatory Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or government authority, or if we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Codeworks Services, our users, or the public.
D. Business Transfers
