A. Information You Provide Directly

When you interact with the Platform, you may provide us with the following information:

• Full name and email address when creating an account or submitting an inquiry
• Company or organization name
• Subscription plan selection and billing details
• Research queries and topics submitted through your dashboard
• Software listing details if you submit a product to our Marketplace, including product name, description, asking price, and delivery method
• Any information included in communications you send to us

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

• IP address and approximate geographic location derived from it
• Browser type, version, and language settings
• Device type, model, and operating system
• Pages visited, features used, and time spent on each page
• Referring URLs and exit pages
• Clickstream and navigation data
• Session identifiers and interaction logs

This information is collected through cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies. See Section 6 for more detail.

C. Payment and Transaction Information

We do not store full payment card numbers or sensitive financial credentials on our systems. Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors. We retain limited transaction records including billing name, last four digits of a payment method, transaction amount, date, and subscription status for account management and compliance purposes.

D. Communications and Support Data

If you contact us through email, a contact form, or any other channel, we retain the content of that communication and your contact details for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and maintaining a record of our interactions.

E. Marketplace Data

If you participate in the Codeworks Marketplace as a buyer or seller, we collect transaction details, listing information, delivery confirmations, and related communications necessary to facilitate and record the transaction.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create, verify, and manage your account
• To process subscription payments and manage billing
• To generate and deliver AI-powered research reports in response to your submitted queries
• To facilitate Marketplace listings, transactions, and delivery confirmations
• To send transactional communications including account confirmations, report delivery notifications, payment receipts, and subscription renewal reminders
• To respond to support requests, questions, and complaints
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity
• To monitor and analyze usage patterns in order to improve the performance, security, and functionality of the Platform
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
• To enforce our Terms and Conditions and other agreements
• To send service announcements, policy updates, and material changes to these terms
• To send marketing or promotional communications where you have provided consent or where otherwise permitted by law, with the ability to opt out at any time

We do not use your research queries or generated report output to train AI models in a way that exposes your data to other users or third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

A. Service Providers and Technology Partners

We work with trusted third-party vendors to operate the Platform. These may include:

• Payment processors, to handle subscription billing and Marketplace transactions
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, to store and deliver Platform data
• Email delivery and communication platforms, to send transactional and service messages
• Customer support tools, to manage and respond to user inquiries
• Analytics and performance monitoring tools, to understand how the Platform is used
• Fraud detection and security providers, to protect the Platform and its users
• Marketing and advertising platforms, where applicable and with appropriate consent
• CRM and business operations tools used internally to manage customer relationships

All service providers are contractually required to process your data only as directed by us, to maintain appropriate security standards, and not to use your data for their own independent purposes.

B. Marketplace Transactions

If you purchase software through the Marketplace, limited transaction details may be shared with the seller to facilitate delivery. If you list software for sale, your listing information is visible to prospective buyers on the Platform.

C. Legal and Regulatory Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or government authority, or if we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Codeworks Services, our users, or the public.

D. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will provide notice of any such transfer and any material changes to how your data is handled.

E. With Your Consent

We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with the services you have requested. We also retain data as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity such as tax records, fraud investigations, or unresolved billing disputes.

Research queries and associated reports are retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for support, audit, and compliance purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Correction. Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion. Request that we delete your personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Our lawful bases for processing your personal data include performance of a contract (to provide the services you signed up for), legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, and service improvement), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where applicable. The Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. Codeworks Services is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
