This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Codeworks Services platform, including subscription access keys and Marketplace transactions. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.

First-time key purchases come with a full refund window — no explanation required.
Email us at support@codeworkservices.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll return your money to its original payment method.
Subscription Access Keys
Codeworks Services subscriptions are sold as single-use access keys. Each key activates a set number of months of platform access upon redemption and is immediately consumed at that point. Unredeemed keys remain valid for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time key purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@codeworkservices.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, no explanation required. If the key has already been redeemed, account access will be terminated upon refund issuance.
After the 30-day window, redeemed keys are non-refundable and access remains active through the end of the purchased term. Unredeemed keys may be considered for a refund at our discretion provided the key has not yet expired. Expired keys are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.
Outside the guarantee period we may still issue a refund if you were charged in error, or if a technical failure on our end prevented access for a material portion of your purchased term and went unresolved despite being reported to us. These requests must be submitted within 14 days of the issue being identified.
Marketplace Purchases
All Marketplace purchases are final upon confirmed delivery. Because all products sold through the Marketplace are digital goods, we do not issue refunds based on subjective assessments of quality, performance, or fit for purpose.
Refunds may be issued if:
- The seller failed to deliver the product
- The product delivered was materially different from the listing description
- The product contained malicious code or functionality designed to cause harm
All Marketplace refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed or expected delivery date.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@codeworkservices.com with:
- Your full name
- Account email
- Charge date and amount
- Reason for the request
- Any supporting documentation
We will acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically process within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved quickly through direct communication. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation. Chargebacks found to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith may be subject to recovery of the disputed amount and associated fees.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
